Our vision at Rural Oriented Youth Movement Nepal (ROYM Nepal) is to create a socio-economically empowered society where every individual enjoys equal rights and social justice. We envision a Nepal where marginalized groups thrive, their voices are heard, and structural discrimination is challenged.

Mission: Collective Action for Rights and Equality

Our mission is to foster a community-based movement that empowers marginalized groups. Through collective action, we create an environment where economic, cultural, and social rights are upheld. We stand against discrimination and work towards a more inclusive society.

Organizational Strategic Objectives

To improve Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH) and women's holistic health, including mental well-being, sexual and reproductive health, and rights.

To ensure the promotion of human rights and social justice for children, adolescents, youth, women, and other vulnerable groups, incorporating Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI).

To uplift the living standard of the people along with migrant workers by enhancing sustainable livelihoods with access to economic, social, and cultural rights.

To enhance ecological justice and environmental protection by addressing root causes and promoting indigenous knowledge and practices.

To promote the rights to food for women and children by enhancing food security and addressing the causes of malnutrition

To build the community resilience of the most vulnerable and affected people in humanitarian crises and settings.
