Rabindra Kumar Shrestha has been working as Senior Admin and Finance Officer in ROYM-Nepal. He holds a Master Degree in Business Studies (MBS) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He worked in various development organizations and has gained extensive knowledge in the field of Financial planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Reporting. He brings extensive experience in conducting and managing due diligence, internal & external audits and providing capacity-building support to partner NGOs/sub-grantees on fiduciary risk management, responding to audit findings and orientation programs to field staff for strengthening the internal control system.
