The NGO Federation of Nepal (NFN) is an umbrella organization of NGOs working in various fields of social welfare and development. Established in 1991 for the promotion and protection of social justice, human rights, and pro-poor development, NFN has evolved as a national organization working for the entire NGO movement in Nepal. 

Disaster Preparedness Network-Nepal (DPNet), established in 1996, stands as a key national umbrella organization dedicated to enhancing disaster management in Nepal through a unified approach involving national and international agencies. The core focus of DPNet is on fostering coordination, collaboration, learning, and sharing of experiences in strengthening disaster management practices. The organization plays a crucial role in knowledge management, capacity building, policy advocacy, and in facilitating networking among government and relevant stakeholders. 

Alliance  against Trafficking in Women and Children in Nepal (AATWIN), a national level network of non-governmental organizations, was formally formed on 6 June 1997, to strengthen the campaign against human trafficking and for human rights; focused on women's and children's human rights. AATWIN has adopted Human Rights-Based Approach in all its endeavors. It has been focusing, since its establishment, on policy changes to tackle human trafficking at the local, national and international levels. It has undertaken tireless efforts to bring conceptual clarity on issues of human trafficking not only amongst its member organizations but also in wider populations. AATWIN recognizes that human trafficking is a global phenomenon, and strongly believes that the national laws, policies, regulations and functional service guidelines including campaigns should reflect the international standards and practices. AATWIN aims to mobilize campaigns by joining hands together with as many as possible local, national and international organizations to fight against the issues pertaining to human trafficking.

The Grassroots Justice Network brings justice defenders together to connect, learn, and act. Its vision is a world where communities most affected by injustice can defend their rights and actively participate in decisions that impact their lives. With a global community of over 15,900 members from 175 countries—including justice defenders, activists, educators, public servants, students, and passionate advocates—this network addresses a wide range of issues such as gender equality, land rights, housing discrimination, statelessness, and pretrial detention. United in their commitment, members work in solidarity with communities facing injustice. They share a common approach known as legal empowerment, which helps communities understand, utilize, and shape the law, enabling those most impacted by injustice to exercise their rights and influence decisions affecting their lives. On the frontlines of justice struggles, members build community power in areas where injustice and environmental destruction are prevalent. By coming together and sharing unique insights, they strengthen the movement, unlocking solutions to pressing justice challenges and striving to create a world where justice for all is a reality.

Youth Policy Network (YPN)

The Youth Policy Network is a youth initiative dedicated to empowering Nepal's youth in the area of electoral reform and policy development. This intervention intends to discourse mainly on two major issues of the Nepalese youths. Firstly, low participation and engagement of the young people in policy development, low awareness in political rights including electoral rights and secondly, lack of inclusivity in the participation in terms of gender, caste, ethnicity, geography and disability. This initiation tries to raise and establish the collective issues of youth in an inclusive manner and promote evidence-based advocacy to bring changes in the public policies and practices. Additionally, the campaign will foster many intersectional issues of youths who are marginalized and promote their participation in advocacy. This campaign aims to contribute primarily to highlight the diverse issues of youth to be considered seriously in public policies and electoral reforms and enhance their engagement in advocacy to influence the relevant decision makers. Range of activities will be implemented to organize youth for collective action through Youth Policy Network (YPN), capacity building, and engaging youth in advocacy initiatives to bring required changes in the behavior and action of decision makers.
